Regulated Price Plan

The Ontario Energy Board sets the fixed rate for the Regulated Price Plan. These fixed rates apply to customers who buy their electricity directly from Thunder Bay Hydro.

Customers who buy their electricity from an electricity retailer may be paying a different rate. This is usually noted on your bill with the name of the company that you have a contract with. Please check with your retailer or contract to verify your rate.
