Pre-Authorized Debit Agreement

Eliminate the hassle of due dates and late payment charges. Don't write cheques or wait in payment lines. Stop worrying about whether you have a stamp. You can free yourself of the burden of remembering when to pay your hydro bill with our Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD)agreement.

With PAD, you still regularly receive your bill, only it is paid automatically on the Due Date from your chequing account (or savings account with chequing privileges) with any Bank, Trust Company or Credit Union.

To print off an application form, click here. Follow the instructions on the form.

If you don't have access to a printer, you can request that an PAD application form be sent to you in the mail by calling 343-1111.
