We’re asking our customers to take the time to complete our survey so that we can
develop programs that best meet our local needs and ensure a reliable, safe and cost-effective electricity supply in the years to come. The survey is anonymous and all answers will be compiled to look at the big picture.

Thunder Bay Hydro Account Holders

Make sure you are at home, grab your current bill so you have information from it and your account number handy and be prepared to take a quick walk around to count lightbulbs and electrical devices.

At one point, you will be asked about your Average Daily Kwh. You can find this information on your bill in the area indicated at the right:

After you complete the survey, you will be directed to a page to enter to win a “free year worth of electricity*”.
