Electronic Statement Service (ESS)
- Enrollment should be completed within the next business day.
- You should receive an automatic confirmation within two business days.
- Your next bill will be generated and sent electronically.
If you do not receive an automatic confirmation, there may be something wrong with the information you have entered.
- If the account holder, information you gave about your last bill, your service address and account number is not validated, you will receive an email notice from our customer services. You will be asked to review the information you provided and re-enroll with the correct information.
- If the email address is undeliverable, you will not receive a confirmation and you will not be signed up for the Electronic Statement Service. You will receive your next bill in the mail.
Don't forget to check for Bill inserts!
- Once you receive electronic statements, you will not get bill inserts.
- Don't miss hearing about changes in the industry or upcoming contests, rebates or other news.
- Within your statement notification is a link to Current Ads and Announcements. Use that link when you receive your electronic statement to see important Customer Communications.
If your email address changes
- Please use the enrollment form to note the change of email address.
- If you are not collecting emails from an old account but that account is still receiving emails and storing them, your bill will be deemed delivered and amounts owing will be due.
If you have been receiving the Electronic Statement and after a period of time your email address comes back to us as undeliverable
- You will receive a mailed notification that the service has been cancelled and a hardcopy of your bill. You will need to re-enroll in ESS and provide a valid email address.
