Conditions of Service
Our Conditions of Service is the primary reference for communicating our operating practices, connection policies and services available to customers within our service area.
It documents what types of services are available and the conditions to be met for these services. It is used for new lots created by severances or subdivisions; for all new buildings; and for renovations and upgrades.
The Conditions of Service also govern the operation of the system after connection. Voltage levels, power quality and power factor requirements are all specified to ensure customers can rely on electrical service that is free from interference from other customers.
The document is available here in PDF format. It is a lengthy document that can be navigated easily using the Table of Contents. Just click on the topic you are interested in reading. Instructions on how to navigate the document are included.
