Customer Energy Services
Our Energy Services department focuses on assisting residential and business customers with their energy conservation needs. Their goal is to provide superior customer service while sharing their knowledge of energy-efficiency programs and promotions that have been developed to advance the recognition and importance of conserving energy.
Our Energy Services department will provide the following to our residential and commercial customers:
- Consultation and technical advice regarding high bill enquires and energy management concerns
- Advice on building science and energy efficient home construction and renovation
- Advice of energy efficient appliances and lighting advice
- Presentations on energy-related topics
- Consultation and information regarding programs rebates and incentives that will save electricity
