Submit a Residential Meter Reading

Our meter readers take your meter reading every two months. In the event they can't access your meter, you will be left a card asking you to provide Thunder Bay Hydro with a reading. This helps you avoid an estimated, rather than actual, reading.

You can call in to our 24 hour meter reading line at 346-4444. You will need to refer to information on the meter reading card to submit your reading, so keep it handy.
